Catharsis Tha Poet

For Catharsis, expression is a means of survival.  Whether it's acknowledging the pain of heartbreak or celebrating one of life's victories, writing and performing spoken word provided that needed lifeline.  Catharsis has been performing spoken word since 2005 and is also president and one of the founders of the award winning poetry troupe PowerLines Poetry.   Currently, she is working on launching the "Feelin Right Fine" podcast to be released on all major platforms as a means of spreading positivity and connecting with the community on a virtual level.
